We had such a lovely experience at Nando’s Gateway! The service was absolutely wonderful – we were really well taken care of from start to finish. The food was even better than expected , the pap was surprisingly delicious, and the chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and fresh. Everything tasted so good and felt so fresh. We also really enjoyed the new bottomless Coke feature, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic visit ,can’t wait to come back!

Wow, we popped in after rugby for a very late meal. Our meal gets delivered with a surprise dish of Cheesy Risoles courtesy of the Regional Manager. We just chatted to a family seated next to us, not knowing he was the Regional Manager, and he very kindly sent us a starter, on him. Great service from Bongiwe and Amanda and the lovely Gentleman. Thank you for making us so welcome!
We went there on the 1st January. The service was a bit slow but that could have been because it's a holiday. But we loved that the staff was friendly.
I had called in an order and picked up, which seems the fasted way to get the food to you. The call centre was nice and got it spot on. Food was waiting when I got there. There was a small wait to pay. Was amazed at the décor when I got into the store. Was a meal for the eyes and was clean. The food was standard. Nandos is good food generally. But way more pricey than any other chicken place I know. Nice additions to the menu. One thing was that there was only one cashier which I feel there was enough staff around to have another cashier even temporarily. Like the paper bags much easier to throw away after.
